For the online platform, Queueless.nl processes your email address/username and password in order to create a secure personal account environment. This information is stored and protected. All account data will be retained until you delete your account, lose access to certain content, or when the agreement ends.
Do you unexpectedly have a complaint about Queueless.nl? You can submit it by sending your name, email address, and the details of your complaint to hello@queueless.nl. Queueless.nl aims to handle your complaint as effectively as possible. This will be done within 6 months. After this period, your data will be deleted.
Queueless.nl has access to all of this information because you have provided it as a customer, visitor of the website/social media, or through the contact form.
